Who we are

What we collect

When you send an order request through this site we collect the business name, your name, your email address, your phone number, the delivery postcode, any notes you add, and the details of the order itself. We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry, confirm your order and arrange delivery. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.
• To keep records of orders and invoices. Our lawful basis is our legal obligation to keep business and tax records, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

We will not add you to a marketing list from this form unless you ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Who we share it with

We do not sell your details to anyone. We share them only where we need to: with our email provider, with Netlify, the service that hosts this website and processes its order requests, with our couriers to deliver your order, and with our accountant and, where the law requires it, HMRC or another authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to [12] months. Where you become a customer, we keep order and invoice records for [6] years after the end of the relevant financial year, to meet UK tax record-keeping requirements.

Where it is held

Your information is held in the UK and, where our suppliers are based outside the UK, in other countries. Where information leaves the UK we rely on the protections our suppliers have in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. An order request sent through this site is an enquiry, not a contract. Prices shown are trade prices and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated. We confirm every order in writing before it is supplied, and all orders are supplied under our standard terms and conditions of sale, available on request.
